The Pillot Estate boasts six generations of savoir-faire and a passion for winemaking that has passed from father to son. The family began working the vines around 150 years ago in Côte Chalonnaise. Successive generations have developed the estate in line with technical evolutions. Today, Laurent Pillot combines his extensive experience with his son Romain’s ambition. Together, they offer unique care for their vines, which they harvest and vinify themselves. They nurture this reciprocity to create wines with balance and complexity.
