Domaine Richel is located a few miles South of Apremont, near Chambery. Established in the 1950s, 4th-generation Christophe Richel and his son Matthieu run the estate. The 7-ha vineyard plots lie in France’s only Alpine wine region, adjacent to Saint Badolph and Apremont villages, in the plains at the bottom of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Sustainable and thoughtful farming practices allow the Richel family to produce the highest quality grapes.
