Established on little-known terroirs of Touraine, Domaine Timothée Delalle is located west of Tours on the right bank of the Loire. Timothée has produced Cabernet-Francs, Chenins, Grolleaux, and Gamay wines on this 8-ha estate since 2018. The estate’s vineyards sit in two communes with different but complementary geological characteristics that give great complexity to the wines. Timothée’s use of spontaneous fermentation and minimal sulfites in his winemaking allows for full expression of terroir and grape varieties. The estate is currently converting to Organic farming.
