About Ronsard
The Ronsard brand is a collection of fine wines created in partnership with beloved wine growers from the Loire Valley. The founding father of “La Pleiade” of French Renaissance Poets, Pierre de Ronsard, authored countless love poems about the roses of the Loire Valley. Even today, we find roses at the end of a row of vines – used by vintners to detect oidium, a fungal spore that compromises the health of grapevines.
